Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $80 to New Zealand and Australia.

We are a small business (but growing fast) and currently process orders twice a week on Monday and Thursday. New Zealand, we use the overnight Track and Trace courier service with New Zealand Post. Australia, we use the International Air service with New Zealand Post with an estimated 3 to 7 working day delivery. We send all products from Mangawhai, New Zealand.

Trial Period

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item you may replace or return it for a full refund within to 30 days of the date of sale. This applies even if the package is open or you have used the item. Too easy!
