Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 to anywhere in New Zealand.

We are a small business, but growing fast, so currently sending orders twice a week on a Monday and Thursday. We send all our products via Track and Trace courier with Courier Post on an overnight delivery. In most cases items will be received in the North Island in 1 to 2 business days, in the South Island 2 to 4 business days and Rural Deliver may take another 1 to 2 business days depending on your location.  

We are committed to reducing waste and use of plastics so partnered with R3pack and use their recyclable and compostable cardboard courier bags.

Returns Policy 

If you need to return a product please contact our team at info@altasurf.co.nz and we will arrange a courier to collect it from your address free of charge. We require you to sufficiently package the product prior to returning it and print the tracking label or write the relevant information onto the package.

Warranty Policy 

All Alta Surf Co products come with a full 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is defective or has an inherent issue please contact our team at info@altasurf.co.nz and we will happily repair or replace it free of charge if found to be faulty. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of the product resulting from the owner's handling or use.
